Office Syndrome

Office syndrome is a group of symptoms of muscle and fascia pain (Myofascial Pain Syndrome) caused by using the same muscle group repeatedly for a long time. This can result in muscle inflammation and pain in various parts of the body, especially the neck, back, shoulders, arms, or wrists. The pain may spread and become chronic.
